Hinged roof makes for easy clean-out, rubber gasket over hinges helps keep inside of bird house dry. Each wren house comes with a shingled roof to help insure the inside stays dry.

The wren house should be placed 6 to 10 feet above ground, near farm yards, brush lands, fence rows and also maybe placed in suburbs.
